Utopia on this beautiful place is no school or work, money, and if you break any of the laws you are "released" you have three chances and on the third chance you are released. no one but the care takers know what released means. Residents spend their days relaxing and swimming. The children are born automatically smart, they know everything they need to know. They don't know what released means and unless their parents are car takers neither do they. All residents have a never ending money supply.
